The Plywood Flat in Edinburgh was like stepping into a time machine! Housed in a 19th-century building, it had all the modern amenities one could ask for. The highlight was the living room with its huge, gorgeous windows that let in tons of light. It felt like we were living in a glamorous glasshouse, but without the worry of birds flying in and messing up our hairdos!
Sketchy entryway.

The design of the flat was really nice and clean, perfect for my partner and me. We loved the modern style and how well-maintained everything was. The bed was super comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The shower had plenty of hot water and the kitchen had all the necessary amenities.
There were a couple of downsides to our stay. there was no light by the front door, so we had to use our phone torch to see.

Stayed in a charming 19th-century building with a lovely patio and free WiFi. Close to the famous Mary King's Close and the Royal Mile. The apartment had everything I needed, including a well-equipped kitchen.
The entrance and communal areas were a bit shabby, but hey, who needs a welcoming atmosphere anyway?
